Concentration is the key to successful learning. On a daily basis, we are constantly asked to concentrate, but have we ever learned how to concentrate? 

​

Every child is unique in their individual learning style, but many children don't have the toolset for a successful learning practice.

 

My own personal struggles with learning due to external pressures around me led to reduced self-esteem and so much unnecessary frustration. Luckily I had a Learning Coach and Dyslexia Trainer who showed me how to utilize my strengths and build my self-esteem again.

 

Motivated by this inspiration, I dedicated myself to promoting the well-being of children and pursued psychology with a concentration in neurodiversity.

I help you identify your learning style and show you concentration techniques, through specific mindfulness meditation, motivation and focussing tools. You will discover the joy of learning.

I offer two unique online trainings designed specifically for children. Getting started is simple—just reach out with your preferred class, dates and times, and we’ll arrange sessions that fit your schedule.

Learning Coaching for ADHD & Dyslexia

Who it’s for:

Children, teens, and parents seeking personalized support with ADHD, dyslexia, or other learning challenges.

What does it include?

  • Identify your (or your child’s) unique learning style

  • Develop concentration strategies 

  • Build confidence and reduce frustration around schoolwork

  • Learn practical tools for organization, focus, and motivation

My online classes range from 35€ to 60€, depending on the length of the session and the level of support that feels right for you.

Meditation & Mindfulness Coaching for Concentration

Who it's for:

Anyone (students, teachers, or parents) who wants to strengthen focus, manage emotions, and improve mental clarity.

What does it include?

  • Simple, guided mindfulness and meditation practices

  • Tools to regulate emotions and reduce stress

  • Exercises to train and lengthen your attention span

  • Concentration techniques you can use in daily life

My online classes range from 35€ to 60€, depending on the length of the session and the level of support that feels right for you.
